Hi!
I found your website by searching “pearl district tulsa” on google. I’ve lived in this neighborhood my whole life and am excited about any up and coming improvements made. I’m an art student and eventually want to buy a small piece of property on 6th for an art studio. i was also wondering if you know about Phoenix Cafe going in there, and when it may be open.

Hey Meredith. We’re expecting the Phoenix to open up early Summer. The streetscaping improvements that have just started at Peoria/6th. will make a bit of a mess for a couple of months. When the work’s done, the cafe is going to be more viable. Talking of which, have you heard about ‘Polishing the Pearl’. Worth googling.
