The Pearl District covers approximately one-half square mile at the eastern edge
of Downtown Tulsa. Boundaries are I-75 on the west, I-244 on the north, Utica Avenue on the east, and 11th Street (Historic Route 66) on the south. The map below is proposed in the Sixth Street Infill Plan.
